Method: Hold the deck in left hand dealer's grip and right hand biddle grip. Make a gap at the bottom end of the deck, separating the deck in two halves. Slide the top half forward, tilting it towards the spectator. The right fingers steal the face card by friction. The right fingers press the card upwards against the face of the right hand packet.
Comments: You can get a thumb break above the stolen card, if needed
VARIATION
Side Bottom Slip: Hold the deck in left hand dealer's grip. Move the left thumb to the face of the deck. Take the bottom half of the deck in right hand biddle grip. Slide this half to the left. The face card should stay under the remaining cards in the left hand because of friction with the left thumb.
